Driven by a goal to be the best PR agency in New Zealand, our culture is shaped by our commitment to the personal and professional well-being of our people.

We pride ourselves on cultivating an environment that lets great ideas grow.  We believe that creative thinkers are game-changers, regardless of sector, and that they are vital to our own and our clients’ business growth. We celebrate our successes and share our learnings together – and are as comfortable doing this around the board table as we are over a beer. 

We’re passionate about the work we do and the industry in which we work, and we see PR as a force for good. The relationships we enjoy with our colleagues, clients, suppliers and partners are built on mutual trust, respect and a shared desire to achieve outstanding results. This is what we call the Network Way. 

We encourage our team members to use public and active transport to get to and from work, and to walk to meetings in the city whenever possible. We also have waste management and recycling policies, as well as a paper reduction strategy.  We work pro-bono and at reduced rates with a number of charities and philanthropic organisations, and provide our staff with one paid day a year to work in a voluntary capacity for a charity, cause or organisation that they support.
